Silica Insulation Mat
The Silica Insulation Mat is a specially designed needled silica insulation mat that has undergone a secondary pre-shrinking procedure. The mechanically bonded amorphous silica fibers used make it well suited for aerospace, automotive, and other critical high-temperature industrial applications.
This silica mat is environmentally friendly as it contains no harmful Refractory Ceramic Fibers (RCF). It can be easily fabricated into a wide range of textile parts thanks to its strength and handling properties. The pre-shrinking process ensures very minimal shrinkage when exposed to extreme heat.
